Online registration is now closed. If you need to pay your registration please call the SoACE Office (317-635-4755 or toll-free 855-946-1013), or pay on-site. If you need to register for the conference, please do so upon your arrival. The registration desk will be located on the second floor of the hotel (Mezzanine Level) and will be open at 7AM on Sunday morning.

If you have not renewed your membership for 2011 - 2012, and would like to, please click here to access the membership website. Alternatively, you may download the membership form at the top-right on this page and mail, fax or email it to the SoACE office (contact information included at the bottom of this page and on the form).

Conference Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given to anyone who cancels their registration prior to October 15, 2011 at 5:00 PM EST. Cancellations between October 16 through November 15, 2011, at 5:00 PM EST will receive a 50% refund of all charges made towards the SoACE 2011 Annual Conference. After November 15, 2011 at 5:00 PM EST, no refunds will be given for any registration cancellations. If you would like to transfer your registration to another member within your organization, please contact the SoACE Office.
