Building on the strategies explored in our August webinar, Hitting the Ground Running, this interactive session invites career counseling and advising professionals to pause, reflect, and refocus for the weeks ahead.Participants will explore ways to maintain student engagement beyond the initial push, assess what’s working (and what’s not), and identify adjustments that support continued impact throughout the semester. The session will also highlight strategies for managing workload, avoiding burnout, and staying energized in fast-paced career services environments.In addition to structured discussion, this session will incorporate a dedicated virtual networking component designed to help attendees build connections ahead of SoACE.
