Women in Leadership: Who are We

In honor of Women's History Month, we are celebrating the journeys of women in our organization who are thriving in their leadership roles. Although women have made progress, there are still areas where women face obstacles because of their gender. For example, women still earn less on average than men, carry the majority of household and childcare responsibilities, face workplace stigmas and double standards, and are under-represented in leadership, STEM careers, and politics. This group of women will share their experiences as well as provide you with advice to succeed in their careers.
