Exhibit Fees

  • Exhibit Hall Staffed Table (1 exhibit representative badge included)  --$1,500.00
  • Each Additional Exhibit Badge / Conference Registration -- $TBA

  • 1 skirted 6' Table Top with chairs and wastebasket 
  • Company listing / description in the Conference program, app and website
  • 1 Conference Registration (additional registrations can be added)
    • Registration includes access to all conference activities
  • Promotional video featured during general session

Continental breakfast and coffee breaks will be served in the exhibit hall. Electricity will be available at the exhibitor’s expense. Information will be provided once we have received your confirmed registration.

Space Assignments:
You will be given the option to choose your table assignment based on the order in which you register.

Video:
The virtual introduction video will help market your wonderful products and services to our conference attendees. You will need to provide a 15-20 second video to introduce yourself, your organization and/or your services. Accepted formats include .mp4 or .mov and the video will be due by October 31.
