The 2025 Conference will take place at the Omni Nashville Hotel, Tuesday, December 9 - Friday, December 12. 

Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Nashville and connected to the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Omni Nashville offers stylish accommodations, exceptional amenities, and easy access to the city’s vibrant dining and entertainment scene.

Group rate: The group rate is $249.00/night plus applicable state tax. The SoACE group rate is available on a first-come, first-served basis and will close on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, or when the block sells out — whichever comes first.
