Eligibility Any recruiter representing their direct hiring organization (to include staffing agencies) may participate in the Internship & Job Fair. Please see our Job Posting Guidelines and Third-Party Recruiting Guidelines for eligible position types. Note: Third Party Recruiters may have one table per disclosed client company. Registration is taken on a first come, first served basis. Please note that registration may become full before the close date (February 3, 2020). General Registration Information There is a minimal registration fee associated with registration for the Job & Internship Fair at $100 (plus tax). Additional representatives (beyond 2) will be charged $15 per rep. (Note: Fees do not include taxes). Tax Exempt organizations are eligible for a reduced rate of $75 (no tax) and must provide their D-14 Tax Exemption Certificate. General Employer Registration Includes: Access to diverse USF students from all USF campuses One parking permit Up to two lunch tickets One 6' table and two chairs Table sign with company name Free wireless access in the University Student Center Assistance with loading and unloading equipment Access to employer lounge and on-site interview spaces * Registration is taken on a first come, first served basis. Sponsorship Registration Information To become a prime employer and get added advantages at the fair become an event sponsor for a minimal fee of $200.00 (plus tax). Tax Exempt organizations are eligible for a reduced rate of $150 (no tax) and must provide their D-14 Tax Exemption Certificate. Sponsorship Employer Registration Includes: A prime table placement in high traffic areas including sponsor row Extensive advertising on our website and social media (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) Company logo on internal and external marketing materials Access to diverse USF students from all USF campuses Two parking permits Up to four lunch tickets One 6' table and two chairs Table sign with company name Free wireless access in the University Student Center Assistance with loading and unloading equipment Ability to bring a team of four representatives Access to employer lounge and on-site interview spaces Payment and Registration Deadlines Employer registration and payments accepted online via Handshake. Employers registering after January 23rd may not be included on all day of fair marketing materials. Registration and payment deadlines are as follows (subject to availability): January 23, 2020: Sponsorship Registration closes (last day for all refunds) February 3, 2020: Regular Registration closes Cancellation Policy Cancellation of an employers registration may be made by e-mailing Amanda Peters at [email protected]. There is a $15 fee for cancellations made after January 23, 2020. After January 23, 2020, payment for the booth space remains the responsibility of the employer, this includes registering for the event and not showing the day of the event. Refunds No refunds will be issued after January 23, 2020. Additional Information Please note: this event is for employers offering bonafide employment opportunities paying at least minimum wage. Unpaid internships must adhere to federal and state standards (U.S. Department of Labor Fact Sheet 71). Other business ventures, including opportunities which require an initial investment, any fee associated with employment, and multi-level marketing firms are excluded from participating. By registering for the Job & Internship Fair, you agree to adhere to the EEOC and other fair employment practices under the state and federal laws. To accommodate student and alumni schedules, you agree to remain at the career fair for the duration of the event.
